Description
* Minimum of 7 years relevant education planning experience, preferably in Indonesia;
* Knowledge of community based school construction process;
* Experience in conducting field research, particularly in education and social sector development areas;
* Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internal and external to the organisation;
* Proven ability to plan and schedule inputs and to produce effective outputs to achieve desired outcomes;
* Team management skills;
* Good communication and negotiation skills;
* Fluency in English and competence in Bahasa Indonesia preferred; and
* Ability to write technical reports in English.
