We are looking for a Project Manager who is passionate about working with our partners in developing countries. You are forward-thinking, deeply collaborative, a quick learner, and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. From one day to the next you might be developing a training curriculum for community health workers in the villages of Northern Nigeria, helping a client achieve critical milestones for a cash transfers project in Turkey, or coordinating the logistics of a two-person team to the remote hills of Nepal.

-Oversee our projects from start to finish, including preparation of training materials for mobile operators and logistics for smooth on-the-grounds deployment.
-Manage deliverables of several ongoing responsibilities, such as scopes of work, project quote presentations, and client impact reports.
-Closely monitor project statuses, investigate any significant issues reported by clients, and provide effective and timely course of action.
-Build and manage strong relationships with our clients through regular feedback calls with key stakeholders, from HQ managers to end users of our technology.
-Actively support our Research, Sales, and Partnerships teams on projects-related assignments, providing material for grants, sales, and marketing initiatives.
-Provide leadership and strategic insights from the field on scaling our operations worldwide.

We are looking for full-time candidates with the experience and ambition to lead international projects of your own. Eventually, you might manage a team of project managers as our operations grow. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skillset to join a fast-paced start-up environment and take significant responsibility from day one. -Excellent communication and training skills. We work across multiple sectors, and you need to be able to clearly communicate via client presentations and trainings how Simprints adds value in different projects. You can actively listen and convey expectations, plans, and outcomes effectively.
-Attention to detail in project management. You understand there are countless challenges in international development, and deep attention to detail matters to make projects work.
-High prioritisation and organisational skills. You understand time is our most valuable resource, and can manage it strategically to achieve maximum impact for our beneficiaries

Human Skills:

-You can listen closely to both our partners and our beneficiaries, and care deeply about real impact.
-Strategic thinking. You proactively find challenges and offer creative ways to address them.
