Description
Advanced University Degree (MSc) in Development Economics, Policy Analysis or related discipline. First university degree with at least 12 years of experience in relevant public sector management programmes may be considered in lieu of the advanced degree;
Excellent fluency in both written and spoken English;
General professional experience
Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in monitoring and evaluation of policies and budget performance in public institutions;
Minimum 3 years working experience in a developing country outside the country of origin.
Specific professional experience
Minimum 4 years working experience in the development of M&E strategies and the
establishment of integrated M&E system to ensure effective performance of MDAs in the implementation of government budgets and policy strategies;
Minimum 3 years training experience in budget planning, reporting, monitoring and evaluation of government projects
Experience in assessment of implementation of government's public policies focusing on performance indicators;
Development of new reform concepts and models for measurement of performance in
Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) will be an advantage;
