Description

The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) is a ground-breaking alliance of companies, trade unions and voluntary organisations working together to improve the lives of workers in international supply chains. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced knowledge management professional to help strengthen ETI’s ability to improve working conditions by supporting the development and implementation of ETI’s monitoring, evaluation and learning (ME&L) framework across the organisation. You will be involved in supporting programme managers to develop clear objectives, outcomes and monitoring processes for their activities; overseeing mechanisms for capturing, storing and disseminating information; and writing and communicating learning outputs from ETI’s activities. You will need experience and skills in M&E and knowledge management, excellent written and communication skills, and a background and commitment to human rights and development.
