Coordinator, Global Cause Partnerships
The Global Cause Partnerships (GCP) Team is a dynamic and growing team responsible for building partnerships with organizations committed to fundraising and advocating in support of the world’s most vulnerable children. Partners include service and faith-based organizations, diaspora communities, professional and trade associations and other 501(c)(3) organizations.

The Coordinator reports to the Vice President, Global Cause Partnerships, and contributes to the UNICEF USA mission and fulfillment of the team by assisting in all matters of partner engagement and fundraising.

Key Responsibilities/Outcomes (include but are not limited to):
Serving as the support hub for the department, including managing processes of timesheets, budgets, calendars and meeting preparation
Performing support responsibilities for the Vice President, Global Cause Partnerships, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements and other necessary supports
Communicating on behalf of the Vice President, Global Cause Partnerships with internal and external constituencies to move departmental and divisional goals forward
Representing the organization at conferences and meetings by assisting with logistical preparation, tabling, and performing on-site duties as necessary
Facilitate the tracking of UNICEF and partner reports and deliverables in collaboration with other GCP team members
Processing donations to ensure all gifts are coded and acknowledged properly; Includes drafting letters and executing communications
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency, systems, and processes
Assisting with other support responsibilities and special projects as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years related experience with direct donor/constituent contact, fundraising, or other relevant work experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, both written and verbal
Proven ability to prioritize; work independently; handle multiple, complex tasks simultaneously; and to generate pragmatic solutions to challenges
Strong customer service approach to interactions with colleagues and partners; ability to navigate complex environments and help build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability and enthusiasm to further UNICEF USA’s mission
Must demonstrate UNICEF USA Core Values: Trust, Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Teamwork, and Service

Must possess current and valid US Work Authorization and be eligible to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
